Tacoma Public Utilities' Customer Services Section believes that the best customer is an educated customer, so we are making it easier for you to access your billing information, pay your utility bill, request services or learn about the latest information regarding the electric, water, wastewater, surface water and solid waste services provided to you by the City of Tacoma and Tacoma Public Utilities.

Our business hours in the lobby are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and our telephone hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

You can call our automated Service+ line, (253) 502-8608, 24 hours a day or you can reach a customer service representative at (253) 502-8600 during regular business hours.
