The main Tacoma Public Utilities Building is at 3628 South 35th Street (South 35th Street and Union Avenue).

Customer Service lobby hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and our telephone hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

Commercial Services business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
