Start/Stop Service

Residential Service

To start or stop service, call the Customer Service Office at 253-502-8600 at least one business day in advance.

When you start a new service, a service establishment fee of up to $17.00, based on which utility services are requested, will be added to your first bill. There is no charge for stopping a service.

If your service has been disconnected because of non-payment, the reconnection fees are as follows:

*Day indicates if payment is received that day befor2:30 p.m. so the service can be reconnected before 5:00 p.m.

**After hours indicates if the payment is received after 2:30 p.m. that day and the customer wants the service reconnected that evening. The customer has the option to have the service reconnected the next day at the day rate.
